We're a Daikin Specialist Dealer
Hand picked, then trained
Daikin appoints Specialist Dealers rather than letting anyone sign up. In Daikin's own words they're hand picked and put through rigorous training against Daikin's standards and Daikin tells buyers to look for the Specialist Dealer logo when they're checking who they're dealing with. There are a little over 450 of us nationally.
What that means on your job: we're accountable to Daikin for the standard of the install, not just for selling you a box. We know the current range rather than the one from three years ago and when a site is unusual we can get a straight answer out of Daikin rather than guessing.
Ducted units made in Australia
Daikin's ducted indoor units are certified by the Australian Made Campaign. Ducted is the bulk of what goes into a commercial fitout out here, so this isn't a badge that just sits on a shelf.
Split systems approved by Sensitive Choice
Daikin split systems carry Sensitive Choice approval from the National Asthma Council Australia. That's the blue butterfly you see on the box.

Our workshop, service utes and stock are in Kalgoorlie. Travel is charged for any site more than 20km from the workshop and we'll tell you honestly what that means for the price and the date before you commit.

What areas do you cover?
Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the wider Goldfields-Esperance region, including Coolgardie, Kambalda, Menzies, Norseman, Leonora and down to Esperance. The further out you are, the more we plan the visit rather than attend on demand. We'll tell you which it is on the call.
How fast can you get to a breakdown?
Ring us and we'll give you a real answer on the phone, based on where the utes are that day. Anything more than 20km from our Boulder Road workshop carries a travel charge and we'll tell you what it is before we commit to a date.
What does an after hours call out cost?
A flat call out fee, with the first four hours of labour included in it. Parts are extra. So is travel to any site more than 20km from our Boulder Road workshop. We'll confirm the figures with you before anyone is dispatched.
Can I supply my own air conditioner and have you install it?
No. We install only units we've supplied. It's a firm boundary, not a pricing or scheduling question. It's also what lets us stand behind the whole job.
Why will you not quote an installation over the phone?
Because a phone number would be a guess and a guess at this stage becomes an undersized system later. We'll get you a proper number after we've had a look.
